Delete your Cosmingle account

You can delete your account and its data yourself, from inside the app. This page describes how, and what deletion removes.

From the app

1. Open Cosmingle and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the account section and choose Delete account.
4. Confirm. The account is removed immediately and you are signed out.

If you cannot sign in

Write to ivan.trump88@gmail.com from the email address the account uses, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days. We ask you to write from the account's own address because it is the only way to tell that the request comes from its owner.

Deleting only part of your data

You do not have to delete the account to remove something from it:

• Photos — remove any of them individually in Profile; the file is deleted with the entry.
• Messages — delete a single message, or a whole conversation, from the chat itself. Attached images and voice notes go with it.
• Profile fields — clear any optional field, including the sensitive ones such as orientation, religion, political views and ethnicity, and save.
• Location — revoke the permission on your device, or clear the city in your profile.

For anything the app does not let you clear yourself, write to ivan.trump88@gmail.com and say what you want removed.
